A simple and innovative way to make your favourite dipping chips. Watch this video to learn how to make these deliciously crunchy Nacho Chips! ROTI NACHO CHIPS Ingredients 4-6 leftover rotis Oil for deep-frying 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning Salt to taste 1 teaspoon paprika powder Method 1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 2. Cut rotis into triangles. 3. Deep-fry each triangle in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 4. To prepare spice mix, combine onion powder, garlic powder, lemon-pepper seasoning, salt and paprika powder in a bowl and mix well. 5. Sprinkle some spice mix on fried triangles and mix lightly. 6. Serve immediately.
